John has held his Ontario Realtor® licence since 2021 and has held the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation since 2018. After graduating from the Ivey Business School, John spent time in market research and consulting roles before beginning his career in real estate in 2017 as a Financial Analyst with Royal LePage Canada. A published case writer and lecturer at Ivey, John loves working in real estate due to the need to balance data and analytics with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

During his time at Royal LePage Canada, John supported on consulting engagements with parent company Brookfield, culminating in a secondment at digital brokerage start-up Wahi, which has been based in Toronto since November 2021. At Royal LePage Canada as part of the Business Development team, John supported the Royal LePage network with various growth initiatives, such as start-up and franchising opportunities, targeted agent recruitment, brokerage acquisitions, ancillary revenue development, referrals, and brokerage succession planning.

John's primary markets of focus include his hometown of London Ontario, the Leamington-Kingsville region of Essex County, and the Chatham-Kent to Windsor corridor. He is passionate about real estate, wealth management and personal investing, and helping clients achieve their goals through education and expertise.
