Ivana Peloza
Marketing & Legal
Ivana has held the title of John's little sister since 1996. A recent graduate of Osgoode Law School in Toronto, she is pursuing a practical focus in intellectual property law and is currently preparing for the bar exam and articling. In her personal endeavours, Ivana is a screenwriter and semi-accomplished content creator. With a platform of over 95k followers, she has garnered over 9.3 million likes on TikTok. Through TikTok, she launched an initiative to create and produce a queer Christmas film via open-form applications for screenwriters. Most recently, she has worked as a writer and assistant director on a currently untitled anthropological web series being developed in Toronto. As John's social media manager, she helps to maximize exposure by creating and editing quality content. She also knows a thing or two about contracts.
Jordan Hamm
Customer Experience
Jordan and John have been discussing potential business ventures since 2013, when they were summer interns at a technology company based in London, Ontario. Since graduating from the Ivey Business School, Jordan has gained experience across a variety of business disciplines including Product and Project Management, IT and Data Analysis, and Operations to name a few. Jordan currently holds the position of Director, Strategy & Innovation at Windely Ely, a leading Canadian claims-management company.
In his spare time, Jordan is passionate about standardbred horse racing, a passion he shares with his family across generations, the game of golf, entrepreneurship and personal investing. He recently purchased his first business, Classic Party Rentals located in Brantford Ontario. As a member of the Peloza Real Estate team, Jordan's goal is to ensure that our customers get the best service and professional support in the industry.
John Peloza

John has held his Ontario Realtor® licence since 2021 and has held the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation since 2018. After graduating from the Ivey Business School, John spent time in market research and consulting roles before beginning his career in real estate in 2017 as a Financial Analyst with Royal LePage Canada. He is a published case writer and lecturer at the Ivey School of Business. John loves working in real estate for the balance it strikes between numbers and conversations.
John's primary markets of interest include the Toronto Harbourfront, Liberty Village and Queen West neighbourhoods, his hometown of London Ontario, and the Leamington-Kingsville region of Essex County. He is passionate about real estate, wealth management and personal investing, and helping his clients achieve their goals through education and expertise.
In his spare time, John enjoys looking at maps and plaques, golfing and keeping active, and spending time with his friends and family.
